This is more then understandable. If YOU upload illegal files and are caught doing so it's your butt or there's...whose butt is Rapidshare going to save??? DUH! Don't see what the big deal about this statement is. Plain, simply and straight forward to me!!! When you sign up to use the website it's in the agreement you click you understand in the first place.
