		<description>First it say &quot;IF legally obligated&quot;. This is more then understandable. If YOU upload illegal files and are caught doing so it&#039;s your butt or there&#039;s...whose butt is Rapidshare going to save???
DUH! Don&#039;t see what the big deal about this statement is. Plain, simply and straight forward to me!!! When you sign up to use the website it&#039;s in the agreement you click you understand in the first place. 
Simple solution DON&#039;T use Rapidshare for you illegal files or don&#039;t get caught!</description>
